If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s happening and find a way forward together.
With over eight years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many people through different challenges, helping them build strength, clarity, and a more fulfilling life.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I studied philosophy and religions, completing a doctorate. This shapes my interest in the questions of meaning and identity. I put strong emphasis on practical applications of therapy in life.

My Therapeutic Approach
Everything starts with a first step
1. Make the decision
2. Book an appointment
3. Commit to work
4. Make progress
Life is not what it's supposed to be. It's what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

FAQ
Where are you located?
I work from Enniscorthy, County Wexford and Blanchardstown in Dublin. I also provide online sessions for those who cannot attend appointments in person.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
How many sessions do I need?
First I invite you for an initial session that will have a form of a consultation. During that time we will have an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, what would you like to get out of our sessions, and how we can work together. We can either decide on set number of sessions, or leave the therapy open. In the second instance you decide when is the best time for you to finish.
What is your fee?
My fee is €70 per session in Dublin and €60 in Co. Wexford

How does the first session look like?
The first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you here, what you'd like to get out of our sessions and what areas of your life you'd like to work on. Every person is unique and requires individual approach. During our session we will have a chance to explore what could work best for you.
I have private insurance. Can I use it to cover the cost of the sessions?
It depends on the insurance plan that you have. The best is to contact your insurer and ask if your plan covers counselling or psychotherapy.
How often do I need to attend sessions?
Attending your sessions weekly is a good practice and helps to bring best results. We can discuss it further during the first session.
